Bazaar Internship
Spend five intensive weekends of your summer raising awareness about indigenous rights, cultures, and concerns by staffing and promoting Cultural Survival’s traveling Bazaars. Meet fascinating people from around the globe while you learn about fair trade principles, polish your public relations skills, and practice your activism, all in beautiful settings throughout New England.
Bazaar interns and volunteers will perform a variety tasks leading up to and during Bazaar events. Responsibilities may include stuffing envelopes, aiding in fax/media blasts, outdoor canvassing, event set-up and breakdown, event security, and vendor relations. Tasks involve varying degrees of physical labor. For interns, it is requirement to work all five weekends. We will accept a limited number of volunteers to work one or two weekends.
