Cultural Survival Research Publication and Research Internship
Cultural Survival is seeking interns willing to commit no less than 16 hours per week during the our publications and research department. A great opportunity for students and graduates alike, interns gain professional experience in a nonprofit setting. Interns at Cultural Survival expand their knowledge about indigenous peoples and their concerns and current events.
Research and Publications interns support existing and potential Cultural Survival programs while supporting general administration and production of our publications. Interns will work in collaboration with the Publications and Research department and the Executive Director.
Research and Publications interns must have outstanding writing and communication skills. They must be able to read extensive amounts of information and digest into clear and concise descriptions. Interns should be adept internet and journal researchers who pay particular attention to detail. Interns must be independent, self-motivated, and reliable. Also, interns should be able to prioritize tasks and follow verbal instructions. Individuals who are willing to “go the extra mile” are encouraged to apply.
