Candy Williams, Human Resources Manager, is a human resources leader and Certified Workforce Development Professional with over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning nonprofit, private, and state government roles. She brings a thoughtful, systems-informed, and values-based approach to HR—developing people strategies that strengthen teams, support resilient operations, and help shape organizational cultures grounded in trust, mutual respect, and shared purpose. At Cultural Survival, Candy plays a key role in aligning human resources with organizational strategy, supporting efforts in performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and staff well-being. Her work is centered on listening, collaboration, and creating conditions that allow people and teams to thrive. She also partners closely with the executive team to help reimagine HR through a relational and people-centered lens. Candy is currently completing her Executive HR Management Certification at Cornell University.
